We do not accept refunds. Our items are second hand and we describe the condition of our products as best we can, including photos. We do not accept cancellations due to the customer’s reasons, such as the item not being what they expected.

Returns will only be accepted if there is damage not described.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 5 days.
If 5 days have passed since you received it, we do not offer you a full refund.
– We do not accept any excuse to accept a refund after 5 days passed. (Ex, no time to open the parcel, to play. Family issue, etc)
– Once we accept a refund, please send your order to us immediately.
– Send us back the item that we sent. DO NOT SWAP THE ITEMS.
– Once we receive the parcel, we will return your purchase.
– We are not responsible for return shipping costs (Read below “Shipping Returns”)
– Negotiations for partial refunds will not be accepted after receiving your order.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded.
Sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, you should contact us by “info(at)magicbusrecords.net” or contact form

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Send back your order to us by the same shipment(Basically, we ship by Mondial Relay)

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

For parcels returned without a recipient

Unclaimed parcels are stored in the delivery company’s warehouse, but after a certain period, the parcel is sent back to the sender.
We will not be notified to customers if the parcel is returned. An additional charge will be made for the return of the package. So, please note that if the parcel is returned, we will charge customers for the return postage costs.
